This includes, but is not limited to, cheating, exploiting bugs or unintended features, using unauthorized third-party tools, or submitting unlawful, harmful, or infringing content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules.
The Service may include links to third-party websites, advertisements, or payment services. These third parties operate independently and are not controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services, and your interactions with them are solely between you and the respective provider.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, service interruptions, or damage to devices resulting from your use of the Service.
Certain features of the Service may be available through a subscription plan (“Subscription(s)”), billed on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or yearly), depending on the plan you select.
Unless you cancel your Subscription or YDL Playverse terminates it, the Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle under the same terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription renewal through your account settings.
A valid payment method, such as a credit card or PayPal, is required to process Subscription payments. You must provide complete and accurate billing information, including your name, address, postal code, phone number, and payment method. By providing payment details, you authorize YDL Playverse to charge all applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
If automatic payment fails for any reason, YDL Playverse will send an invoice requesting manual payment by the specified due date for the relevant billing period.
At its discretion, YDL Playverse may offer a limited-time free trial of its Subscription service (“Free Trial”).
You may be required to provide payment information to register for a Free Trial. No charges will be made until the Free Trial ends. On the final day of the Free Trial, if you do not cancel your Subscription, the applicable Subscription fee will be automatically charged according to your selected plan.
YDL Playverse reserves the right to modify or terminate Free Trial offers at any time without prior notice.
YDL Playverse may adjust Subscription fees at its discretion. Any fee changes will take effect after the current billing cycle ends.
We will provide reasonable notice prior to fee adjustments to allow you to cancel your Subscription if you do not agree with the updated pricing. Continuing to use the Service after a fee adjustment constitutes your acceptance of the new fees.
Except as required by applicable law, Subscription fees are non-refundable.
You may request the deletion of your account by contacting us at dev@yudali.fun. Upon receiving your request, YDL Playverse will process the account deletion in accordance with applicable laws. Please note that once an account is deleted, all associated data, progress, and content will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
